I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room had a balcony and a luxurious hydromassage bath, but it was a bit noisy in the morning due to breakfast activities. The building seemed a bit outdated, which was a downside.
The hotel is located centrally in Sorrento, within walking distance to the main road, port, and restaurants, which was incredible. The rooms are clean and comfortable, situated in a great location. The service offers amenities such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, valet parking, welcome drink, tours/ticket assistance, and happy hour. The location is brilliant, very near the main shopping street in Sorrento, although a bit far from the station initially. The dining experience could have had a bit more variety but offers grilled Teppanyaki fish. The facilities are modern and convenient for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is superbly located, just a short walk from the main town, offering spacious and clean rooms with our own balcony and efficient air conditioning. The staff is welcoming and the breakfast is a delight, but it could use a little improvement. A great value for the comfortable stay.
